JHS Celebrate
Their 20 Year Partnership With Guitar Aid Charity
In the same year as Sir Cliff Richard has kindly lent his name as patron
to this hugely successful charity, John Hornby Skewes & Co. Ltd.,
are proud to see their support reach a 20 year anniversary.
To commemorate their collaboration with the evangelical missionary charity
'Guitar Aid', John H. Skewes, chairman of JHS & Co. Ltd., presented
a special edition 20th Anniversary 'Guitar Aid' branded Vintage®
VRS100 electric guitar to founder and Director Dave Sumner.
Since setting up Guitar Aid in 1991, Dave Sumner's mission, to provide
much-welcomed musical and spiritual relief to some of the most poverty-stricken
regions in the world, has been hailed as a major success. Countries
such as Africa, Cuba and India to name a few have benefited from Guitar
Aids help, providing instruments and uniting communities through music.
JHS are delighted to support the Charity and be the provider of the
specially created Guitar Aid guitars, based upon popular models from
its Vintage® range.
