Sales Office Assistant
Based at our Garforth, Leeds Head Office, we are recruiting a Sales Office Assistant.
The role primarily involves Trade Customer Relations, Sales Order Processing, Telemarketing, Queries and Enquiry Response.
The successful candidate will have experience in Sales/Telesales or be an enthusiastic learner.
Good communicative skills, literacy and numeracy are prerequisites.
We look for competence with Microsoft Office applications and good IT skills.
Previous business to business and telemarketing experience will be an advantage.
The successful candidate will need to work well in a team and also independently in our busy sales office environment.
Nurturing trade relations and growing sales whilst maintaining high levels of presale and aftersales customer care are of utmost importance. Industry knowledge and experience of musical instruments and/or PA equipment would be an advantage,
although the successful candidate will receive training.
