Not only are Mike Dawes & Amy Turk the only acoustic guitar and concert harp duo in the world, both Mike & Amy utilize unorthodox performance techniques such as 2 handed tapping and percussive playing to create an extra dimension to the textural tonality that surrounds their performance. Quite simply, Mike Dawes & Amy Turk are guitar and harp like you’ve never heard before.

Formed and currently residing in the South of England, this amazingly creative act produce a pallet of intricately delicate sounds that have been stunning audiences from around the world since their formation.

Their music often defies description as comparison is inevitably a challenge. They have been described as ’Techno-Classical’, ’Post-Folk’ and their personal favourite ’The love-child of Claude Debussy and Eric Roche’.
