innovative ‘Silent Plug’ technology
automatically mutes (shorts) guitar cable output
to avoid unwanted and potentially damaging loud
pops and squeals when changing the guitar under
load. Neutrik’s hermetically-sealed integrated
Silent Switch (pat. pending) is based on new reed
switch technology and guarantees a lifetime beyond
10,000 mating cycles.

Designed
to enhance the complete frequency output range and harmonic
overtones of your instrument, the new range range of instrument
signal cables from GYC offers a low capacitance cable figure
of only 90pf/m and is encased in a ruggedised braided construction
outer covering. This makes the new GYC cable a hard-wearing
yet extremely flexible cable, able to endure years of continuous
use. These leads are fitted with top of the range Neutrik
jackplug connectors offering black bodies and high transfer
efficiency gold plated contacts.
To supplement the range, these cables can be supplied fitted
with the legendary Neutrik Silent Plug in both straight
and right-angled versions.
The latest Silent Plug features a rubberised outer casing,
