Stuart Barbour
THE CROSSROADS BAND UK
Originally from Scotland, Stuart now lives near Brighton where
he is the worship leader at The Point. The Point is a fresh expressions
Church of England plant that was started by songwriter Matt Redman.
Stuart
first started playing guitar at the age of 8 in his father’s
church in Port-Glasgow. He went on to study full time at the Guitar
Institute in London and qualified best overall student in ’96.
He has recorded several albums and in 2009 Stuart signed to Elevation
Records. He recorded a live album at The Point – “Get
Up On Your Feet”.
