Matt Worley, known to his mates as simply Worley! 

Guitar & vocals with the Robbie Blunt band - a 7 piece blues / funk / psychedelic band playing everything from their new original material right back to Robbie's hits that he had with Robert Plant. 

"It’s an honour to play alongside Robbie , a great guy with a fantastic pedigree," says Matt "he’s played guitar for Jeff Healey , Clannad, The Steve Gibbons band, Donovan, John Martin, sessioned with Tom Petty, Steve Winwood and most famously as Robert Plant’s first guitarist after Zeppelin going on to write 'Big Log' and co write the first three Robert Plant solo albums." 

Robbie has a collection of no fewer than 15 gold & platinum discs and nominated for  a grammy for his work on the Jeff Healey albums. 

Matt also plays Bass & vocals with Quill , currently on a sell out theatre tour of the UK , the folk rock outfit consists of some serious musicians , Tony Kelsey & Abby Brant who both play with Steve Winwood , Bev Bevan to name just a few. Andy Edwards on drums toured the world with rock legend Robert Plant and played on classic prog albums by Frost and IQ. As a drum clinician he has played with Terry Bozzio, Kenny Aronoff, Thomas Lang, Marco Minneman and Mike Portnoy.  Quill have been going for an incredible 45 years and have a loyal UK following with a great back catalogue of albums and some amazing gigs under their belt , with a lot more exciting stuff happening such as the new album being recorded at Rockfield with some very special guests - one to watch out for!

As if that isnt enough Matt also plays Acoustic Guitar , Mandolin and Cuatro with Deborah Rose . With 18 months of festivals , theatres and a Uk tour with Jimmy Webb , Deborah is taking the country by storm , accompanied with the fantastic Mari Randall , the vocal harmonies are something to behold , Worley provides the etherial and atmospheric backing track for these fantastic girls to do their thing , duetting with Deborah Bonham , collaborating with Beth Nielsen Chapman and a new album coming out working and recording along side the fantastic Maartin Allcock who has joinedthem on a few gigs.

Worley has also gigged along side such legends as Fairport Convention, Clive Bunker, Maartin Allcock, Ralph Mctell, Bellow Head, Seth Lakeman and is also know to accompany Robert Plant on the occasional gig, with a couple of Steve Winwood dates very soon!

In addition to his Fret-King JDD, Matt also uses a Fret-King Black Label Country Squire Semitone Special in Ash Green and the Italia Rimini 12 string.
