SKU: V132PU0809

The Vintage ProShop V132PU0809 ‘Heavy Relic’ mirrors the iconic single cutaway, solid body guitar design that has enjoyed enduring popularity, through every classic age of the electrified guitar.

The stunning looking guitar is the result of the Vintage ProShop Team of skilled craftsmen, who have spent many hours sanding and working with hand tools, on the original Vintage ReIssued Series V132, already a guitar highly respected by guitar players around the world, for its playability and superb sound.

The Vintage ProShop ‘Heavy Relic’ is a real ‘looker’ in every sense of the word.

The original tobacco sunburst finish has been meticulously aged by hand, revealing areas of the original mahogany body. The team’s magic touch is also showcased within extremely authentic lacquer cracks on the body, aged neck and headstock, whilst ensuring the lignum rosa fingerboard and superb fretwork offers the finest playability.

With a pair of Bare Knuckle Blue Note P.90 pickups, the ‘Heavy Relic’ delivers vintage tone in abundance. Played clean, the Blue Notes produce crystal clear, warm crisp highs, adding some overdrive for a fat percussive voice with superb dynamics.

All hardware, including 3 in-a-row Wilkinson WJ15 Deluxe machine heads, and a Wilkinson T.O.M. bridge have again, been carefully and meticulously aged with subtle shading to blend into the pre-worn picture.

Aside from stunning looks and gorgeous tone, the ‘Heavy Relic’ is a joy to perform with, the graceful descending bass side shoulder has an ingeniously-designed offset heel, providing improved access to the upper reaches of the fretboard.
